• Carry out duties to the best of my ability. 
• Take responsibility for the Diversity noticeboards around school. 
• Encourage everyone in school to ensure Diversity and Inclusivity is embedded in the curriculum. 
• To listen to other people’s ideas and opinions. 

Must be: 

Able to see that everybody is unique and listen to everyone's opinion.
