We are really looking forward to welcoming all of our new reception children this year, and we can't wait to get to know you and see how you will blossom and grow during your time at Spring Hill Primary School!

Information for new parents

Important dates for Reception 2024 Starters:
- ‘New Parent’s Meeting’ on Thursday 27th June 2024 at 4pm This is an opportunity for you to meet your child's Reception teachers and ask them any questions you may have.
- 2-3pm on Thursday the 4th July 2024 This is an opportunity for you and your child to come into school for an hour and explore the Reception environment.
- 2-3pm on Thursday the 11th July 2024 This is an opportunity for you to drop your child off for an hour and let them explore the environment with their teachers and friends.
- 10-11 on Thursday 18th July 2024 This is an opportunity for your child to meet their buddy. At the end of the session the children, their parents and their buddy will then have a school dinner together in the dinner hall. The buddy will also give each child their Spring Hill Goody Bag filled with lots of fun activities.
The Reception Team look forward to seeing lots of you at these sessions.
